Globalisation has impacted the media industry massively as people from around the world can access products from other countries therefore combining cultures and spreading traditions. This a largely due to the increase in the level of technology available around the world. For example, the internet is accessible around the world so people from certain countries can see what is happening else where. This has changed the market place as there is a higher demand for media products as more people know about it therefore they want it. This increases the required number of products made which will mean more staff need to be hired to do a certain job and more equipment will be needed to make the products. This will all cost the media organisation making the product money so therefore the price of the product will need to increase as they still need to make a stable profit to pay staff, keep making the product and in general so that the project is successful.
