LO5- Evaluation of feedback

To gather feedback from my group I conducted a survey on Survey Monkey as that will allow me to see whether my product is liked and has potential to be successful or not.

In terms of the positives about my product, everyone who I presented to understood the purpose of the product which could correlate to my audience meaning if they understand the idea then they are more likely to use the product. When I asked my audience if they would use my product the majority said yes but one person clicked no. This could tell me that a vast amount of people would use my product but not everyone so I could make slight adjustments that might tempt them into using it as well. My product does fill a gap in the market as shown by my survey results so my product could be used by a lot of people as my idea does not currently exist. When I asked my group if my product would be successful, 100% of people said yes which tells me that my product was a strong idea. I then asked my audience what do they like about my product as I received many different answers which tells me that there a lot of good things about my product which means there could be high sales if this product was marketed. The first compliment that my product got was that it was unique to any other product on the market therefore meaning mine could stand out. The second positive according to my audience is that you can visit many places in South Yorkshire from the comfort of your home. This tells me that this listener likes the idea of the product and maybe would use it themselves. The final positive compliment about my product is that the website layout is professional and is easily to navigate.

Despite all the positives about my idea, there were some potential improvements to be made. Firstly, on question 3, not everyone said they would use the product which means I might have to make a few adjustments that could compensate for that person. For the first improvement, I was told that my website could have more colour to make it look more appealing. Another improvement to make for my idea is ensure that South Yorkshire D-Tours has its own identity such as a clearer colour scheme or a logo. This would make my product look more established and professional. A final piece of feedback from my group was to make it slightly different to google street view in terms of the 360 degree camera section. This could be challenging as there is only one purpose to that section so it going to be very similar to google street view.

In conclusion, I received many pieces of valuable feedback from my group to see what makes my product a good idea and what can make my product better.
